The line between Asia and Switzerland
A large share of this office's work is Europe for clients based in Asia. A second opinion in Zurich, a school place in the Bernese Oberland, a watch that never reaches a display case, a week in the Alps. The Zug office is at the other end of each of those, which is what makes it one mandate instead of several.
The reverse happens too. European clients travelling into Asia are handed to the office that is awake, with the same file and the same contact rather than a fresh briefing.

The same nine disciplines as the rest of the group, weighted towards travel between Asia and Europe, Swiss medical coordination, education, and the sourcing of watches, jewellery and art.
Do you work across Asia or only in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong is the registered seat. The work follows the client, and a good deal of it is the European end of an Asian mandate.
Can you arrange treatment in Switzerland from Hong Kong?
Yes. We work with over 50 Swiss private clinics and accredited specialists. The appointment, the travel, the accommodation and the interpreting are arranged as one request.
Which languages do you work in?
English, German and French. Correspondence with the Hong Kong office is normally in English.
Is there a membership?
No. Veltracon does not sell memberships. Mandates are accepted by referral and quoted individually before anything is committed.
