What our concierge services cover
Veltracon Lifestyle is a 24/7 VIP service provider whose management has worked in the luxury industry for more than a decade. What we are asked for usually has, in our clients' words, no listed price, no public availability and no obvious way in. That is the part we handle.
The work divides into nine disciplines. They are not packages: most clients arrive with one problem and discover the rest over time.
Who we work for
Two kinds of client ask for the same nine things in very different ways. A family wants continuity and discretion; a company wants a service its executives can rely on without administering it. The pages below say how each is handled.
How a mandate begins
You describe the task, by telephone or email. You get an honest assessment of whether it can be done — and if it cannot, we say so rather than take the mandate and hope. Only then do we talk about terms.

What is included in a concierge service?
At Veltracon Lifestyle, nine disciplines: automobile sourcing and sale, VIP event access, luxury goods, art advisory, private travel and aviation, security and close protection, private medical coordination, education advisory, and Art de Vivre — the everyday running of a household at the highest standard.
Do I have to take all of it?
No. Most mandates start with one thing that has become urgent and widen from there, or stay exactly as narrow as they began.
Is there a membership or a minimum?
We do not publish a tier list. Each mandate is agreed individually, which also means we can decline work that we cannot do well.
How is a concierge service different from a personal assistant?
An assistant works through your calendar and inbox. A concierge service works through a network: much of what we are asked for is not bookable at all, it is allocated — by organisers, houses and dealers who decide who gets it.
Which countries do you cover?
Worldwide, from four offices in three time zones: Zug, Düsseldorf, Dubai and Hong Kong. A request made while one office sleeps is already being worked in another.
What does it cost?
There is no price list. Every mandate is quoted individually, because a single acquisition and a standing arrangement are different pieces of work. You have the figure before anything is committed.
How quickly can you start?
We are reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. How fast a specific request can be met depends on the request, and we say so honestly before taking it on.
