What a personal concierge changes
The difference is not that things get done — it is that they stop needing your attention. A personal concierge holds the context: which airline you will not fly, which clinic saw you last, which school the younger child is registered for, which watch you have been waiting on for two years.

- Travel at short notice, including private aviation and the ground arrangements at both ends
- Restaurants, events and access that is officially unavailable
- Sourcing: watches, cars, art and objects with waiting lists or allocations
- Private clinics and specialists in Switzerland, and the stay around an appointment

Continuity is the service
Anyone can make one booking. What is hard to buy is the second year — the point where nothing has to be re-explained and preferences no longer need stating. That is what an arrangement with us is for.
Discretion
We publish no client names, no testimonials and no case studies. Much of our work arrives by introduction, and that only survives if nothing leaves the room.

What does a personal concierge do?
It takes on what costs you time or requires access you do not have: travel, reservations, sourcing, appointments, and the running of a household. At this level most of it is not bookable — it is arranged.
Is it one person or a team?
You speak to a partner. Behind that sit the specialists and the network for each discipline, so you never have to explain the same thing twice.
Can you look after my family as well?
Yes. Schooling, medical appointments, travel for elderly relatives and the household itself are among the most common standing requests.
Do you work only for people who live in Switzerland?
No. Clients are worldwide; Switzerland is where the head office and much of the medical and education network sits.
How much notice do you need?
We are reachable 24 hours a day, and short notice is normal in this work. Whether a specific request can still be met depends on the request — and we tell you straight away rather than later.
What does it cost?
There is no price list. A single acquisition and a continuous arrangement are quoted differently, always before anything is committed.
How private is it?
Entirely. We publish no client names, no references and no examples of work. That is a deliberate choice, and it is the reason a good deal of our work arrives by introduction.
