Short notice is the normal case
Very few of these requests arrive months ahead. The useful question is rarely whether a room is sold out, it is who is holding the allocation this week and what they need in return.
The seat is only part of it
A paddock club pass without the transfer, the hotel and the table afterwards is half an evening. Events are planned end to end, so the day works as one piece.
Your own event, staffed properly
For private celebrations the same network runs the other way: the acts, the venue and the people who make it run without you having to watch them.

Can you get tickets to an event that is sold out?
That is what the service is for. Public availability is not the same as availability. We work through the organisers, hospitality partners and rights holders rather than the resale market.
Which events do you cover?
Sport including the Football World Cup, Super Bowl and Champions League; Formula 1 including pit lane, paddock club and drivers' parties; award shows such as the Academy Awards, Cannes Film Festival and Fashion Week; and private concerts.
How late can I ask?
We are reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and short notice is normal in this work. Whether a specific request can still be met depends on the event, and we tell you honestly rather than take the mandate and hope.
Do you arrange the rest of the trip as well?
Yes. Flights, ground transport, accommodation and security are arranged as one mandate, so the event and everything around it is handled by the same people.
Can you organise a private event rather than access to a public one?
Yes — private concerts, dinners and celebrations, including the venue, the artists and the people who make it run.
What does it cost?
There is no price list. Access, hospitality and the surrounding arrangements are quoted per request, before anything is booked.
